How to Manage Users from the Collate Support Portal

Collate provides an intuitive Support Portal where admins can manage organization members, assign roles, and control access levels.

Applies To

All Collate customers.

Managing Users

  1. Log in to the Support Portal at https://portal.usepylon.com/get-collate/login
  2. You must have an Admin role to manage members
  3. To add a new member:
    • Click on Members
    • Click Add Members to invite new users

Explanation of Roles

Admins

  • Can view and manage all tickets across the organization
  • Can change teammates’ roles
  • Can invite additional users to the portal

Members

  • Can only view and manage their own tickets
  • Cannot view coworkers’ tickets
  • Cannot change roles or invite teammates

No Access

  • Users with no portal access (cannot log in)
  • Admins can revoke or restore access at any time
