Invite Users
After metadata is in Collate, invite your team to collaborate. Assign roles to control what each person can see and do.- Navigate to Settings > Team & User Management > Users.
- Click Add User and enter the user’s Email, Display Name, and Description.
- Assign Teams and set their Role.
- To grant administration access, set the Admin toggle to on.
- Add Domains, then click Create.
- Users inherit the access permissions defined for their assigned team and role.
- Admin access grants full access to all settings and the ability to invite additional users.
- New users receive an email invitation to complete their account setup.
