Invite Users

After metadata is in Collate, invite your team to collaborate. Assign roles to control what each person can see and do.
  1. Navigate to Settings > Team & User Management > Users.
  2. Click Add User and enter the user’s Email, Display Name, and Description.
  3. Assign Teams and set their Role.
  4. To grant administration access, set the Admin toggle to on.
  5. Add Domains, then click Create.
How Roles and Access Work:
  • Users inherit the access permissions defined for their assigned team and role.
  • Admin access grants full access to all settings and the ability to invite additional users.
  • New users receive an email invitation to complete their account setup.
