# How to Manage Users from the Collate Support Portal

Collate provides an intuitive Support Portal where admins can manage organization members, assign roles, and control access levels.

## Applies To

All Collate customers.

## Managing Users

You must have an **Admin** role to manage members.

1. Log in to the Support Portal at [https://portal.usepylon.com/get-collate/login](https://portal.usepylon.com/get-collate/login).
2. To add a new member:
   * Click on **Members**.
   * Click **Add Members** to invite new users.

## Explanation of Roles

### Admins

* Can view and manage all tickets across the organization.
* Can change teammates’ roles.
* Can invite additional users to the portal.
* Can revoke or restore any user's access at any time.

### Members

* Can only view and manage their own tickets.
* Cannot view coworkers’ tickets.
* Cannot change roles or invite teammates.

### No Access

* Cannot log in to the portal.
* Cannot view or manage any tickets.
